When an order is placed through these platforms, payment is processed directly by the platform.
Once Jozi Tool & Safety receives confirmation of payment from the platform, the order is dispatched as soon as possible.
On average, dispatch takes place within 24 hours, after which the courier collects the parcel for delivery.
We aim to deliver orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The maximum shipping turnaround time is approximately 5 business days, excluding delays caused by courier partners, supplier lead times, or remote delivery areas.
This includes the time required to transfer products from suppliers to our dispatch point before final delivery.
